Ahhh nothing like a hot shower to clear my head. The interview with Pastiche went great but I had to turn down the job for now, availability was just not working out but they said come spring to give them a call and that I will! I did in fact take the job with the train station and am keeping my present job at the deli and with school lets just say I have a lot going on! Pastiche was really cool and gave me a slice of their fruit tart for FREE!!! And oh my god it was amazing. The crust was buttery and flaky, the pastry cream was sweet and smooth and the fruit was amazing with the perfect compliment of apricot glaze, my mouth was in heaven! Oh and of course here is a picture so you can all be jealous! ;) Nothing beat sitting in the plaza at federal hill after a nice down poor then shoving my mouth with fruit tart and sipping my pumpkin coffee, life is good my friends
Good Morning all!
One of the great things about attending Johnson and Wales is they do not offer class on Friday! That means most of the student body gets trashed on Thursday nights. Oh Thursday nights how I really learned how much I could drink, how boys are only searching for one things and how many different ways I can convince people to give me rides home. Well lately that has not been my Thursday nights, they have involved my computer and pie pajama pants. Cuddling up in my blanket just relaxing because come Friday morning I have work at 8am, and yes this is very early for me!
My mornings usually start the same, waking up to the annoying beeping of my alarm that kind of sounds like a fire alarm, giving me a small heart attack every morning. I flip up my computer and press play, I need music to get me going! This morning Dreaming of You started playing and what a great song. I placed a link to youtube in case you are wondering what the hell is this song. Its crazy this song played because their is one guy it really makes me think of. To let you all know now I am boy crazy, Im a single, 20 year old college student, of course I am boy crazy!
Dreaming of you! -The Coral and my song this morning :)
Also this is new for me but I have become the biggest fan of breakfast this year. I think it has to do with having my own apartment and kitchen. I get my coffee going and this morning I was feeling pancakes because I had the time, and boy where they good!
As I was saying yesterday my interview wish Pistache is today at 4 after work which is where I am running to now!
Have a great Friday!
